BC Heritage Awards

The BC Heritage Awards celebrate incredible achievements in heritage across the Province of BC every year. This year, Steve Norman was recognized for distinguished service for 40+ years of volunteering in the heritage community and working fwith both the QPRA and heritage New West to help create the Heritage Conservation Area in Queen’s Park.

New West Heritage Advocates Recognized

Heritage BC recognized longtime New West resident and heritage advocate Steve North with a Distinguished Service Award. He received the award posthumously, as he died in November 2021.
