Pricing
All ticket prices and membership dues are listed in Canadian dollars. If you are a US customer, your credit card company will automatically convert the funds from Canadian to US dollars and that information will appear on your statement.
NWHPS Cancellation, Refund, Return or Credit Policy
The Heritage Tour and Tea runs regardless of weather. Our registration cancellation policy reflects the fact that we cannot recover our event expenses. We cannot provide refunds, returns or credits for cancellations or for non-attendance.
Shipping
All tickets/tourbooks are held at Benjamin Moore – Royal City Colours. You will be required to pick them up prior to starting the Home Tour. No tickets/tourbooks will be mailed out.
Ticket pick-up available early May each year.

Note: Royal City Colours will also be open at 9 am, the day of the Homes Tour, if you wish to pick up your tickets at that time.
Liability
New Westminster Heritage Preservation Society cannot be held responsible for misadventure resulting from one’s participation in the Heritage Home Tour. Individuals with health conditions and/or who use medication should consult their doctor before embarking on this walking tour, if there are concerns.
New Westminster Heritage Preservation Society assumes no responsibility of liability for any injury, damages, loss to persons or property or for any cost or expenses arising from involvement with the tour. Participants knowingly acknowledge that by purchasing a ticket they do so voluntarily and entirely at their own risk. Participation in a walking tour is purely for informational and recreational purposes. Children under the age of 12 are not recommended for the tour. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Right of Refusal
New Westminster Heritage Preservation Society reserves the right to refuse a participant, or remove from a home or the tour, any person it judges to be incapable of meeting the rigors and requirements of participating in the activities, or who it determines to detract from the enjoyment of the tour by others.
Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected. We do not share personal information with third parties nor do we store any information about your visit to our website. We will not share your email addresses with anyone outside of NWHPS. We use Brown Paper Tickets, a payment gateway, merchant account provider and online credit card processing service, to process our membership dues and event ticket sales.
