This year’s tour will offer an eclectic array of well-loved homes spanning decades of style, including:
- a suite in a fascinating heritage apartment building with grand windows that were architect E.G. Sait’s signature touch,
- a beautiful church with a big heart and even bigger dreams (and an intriguing history) that is pursuing a Revitalization Agreement to help restore its unique 1968 Bing Marr design – while building rental housing and expanding its on-site daycare,
- the Bernie Legge Theatre (also designed by Sait), serving as the HUB for this year’s tour, with a gallery of Heritage Homes art on display, and
- two ever-popular Arts and Crafts homes – one is a solar-electric energy powered heritage home while the other showcases amazing woodwork and stained-glass characteristic of architect, E.J. Boughen, which has been refurbished by a new generation of owners.
