New Westminster Mueum and Archives

Irving House in 1950, and its annex in 1964, were the original homes of the New Westminster Museum and Archives; until collections grew and greater focus fell on artifacts, images and reocrds reaching back to the formative days of New Westminster. In 2014, Anvil Centre, the gateway to New Westminster's historic downtown, became the Museum and Archives' 'forever' home. Vistiors can take a journey through over 8,000 years of local history and delve deeper into the City's past by exploring archives in a comfortable and quire space.
