William Stuart and Vivian Gifford House

With its red roof tiles, bright white façade and black wrought-iron railings gracing arched palladium windows, the Gifford House evokes an intriguing mix of Spanish Mission Rvival overlaid with Hollywood Regency style of the1920s -50s stars of the silver screen. In addition to its grand exterior, the formal rooms are large and spacious with high, coved ceilings and period textured plaster walls. the new homeowners completed major mechanical updating and a star turn on HGTV's "Love it or List it Vancouver" show, resulting in beautifully refurbished bathrooms and the kitchen.
