Heritage New West is proud to present 12 unique heritage venues for this year’s tour—including seven private residences either making their tour debut or returning after a long absence. From striking Prairie Style to ornate Queen Anne Revival, each home tells its own story.
We're especially proud to once again feature Irving House, a beloved landmark that has been a part of all 43 Heritage Homes Tours.
This year’s theme, "On the Homefront", commemorates the 80th anniversary of WWII’s end, featuring stories of those who served and the surprising wartime roles many of New West’s elegant homes and landmarks once played, along with the timeless charm of New Westminster’s heritage homes.
We'll feature homes on the tour each week, leading up to Tour Day, May 25.

Buy your tickets online now. After May 10, take your digital or print Eventbrite ticket receipt to Royal City Colours at 700 Twelfth Street, New Westminster, to pick up your ticket guidebook, which contains the addresses and information about the all the venues on the tour. It serves as your “passport” into all of the sites.
How to Join the Tour:
Purchase your tickets online through EventBrite, then bring your digital or printed receipt to Royal City Colours (700 Twelfth Street, New Westminster) after May 3 to pick up your official Tour Guidebook—your all-access pass to explore the interiors of each heritage venue on Sunday, May 25, 10 AM–5 PM.
PLEASE NOTE: Royal City Colours, our ticket guidebook venue, is CLOSED SUNDAYS. On Tour Day, Sunday, May 25, you may pick up the ticket guidebook you purchased online at The Armouries, 530 Queens Avenue, New Westminster - it's featured on the tour.
