Member Notice of Special General Meeting

The purpose of this SGM is to consider and vote on the adoption of the revised Heritage New West Bylaws. Each current member has received an email invitation to this meeting on October 28, 2025. 

Background:

At our February 22, 2025 Annual General Meeting, members approved the motion to officially change our organization’s name from the New Westminster Heritage Preservation Society to Heritage New West Society. With this name change, our bylaws must be updated to ensure compliance with Canada Revenue Agency’s requirements. This will be a short meeting focused solely on the bylaw vote.
